- Alcohol Percentage: 14.50%
- Fermentation: Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred through malolactic fermentation, and the wine is aged sur lies until blending.
- Aging: 35% new Oak is primarily American and Hungarian oak,with a little bit of French. The Hungarian oak mimics French with spicy character and the American rounds it out with a sweeter finish.
- Tasting Notes: Crisp, oak backbone with aromas of lemon, pear, and cinnamon

BOURBON BARREL-AGED CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Rests in 100% Kentucky Bourbon Grade Charred American Oak barrels for six months, producing elegant smoky vanilla and caramel notes, along with the notable red fruit.
BOURBON BARREL-AGED ZINFANDEL
Aromas and flavors of blackberries and dark red fruits, caramel, vanilla, and a smokiness on the finish.
BOURBON BARREL-AGED RED BLEND
Good entrance filling the mouth with bright Mendocino fruit and spiciness, finishing with a smoky, smooth complexity.
