- Appellation: Lodi
- Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
- Aromas: Green apple, lemon tart, vanilla cream, with a hint of tropical fruits and baking spices
- Taste: Nice entrance, juicy tropical mid-palate with a creamy oak finish framed with hints of vanilla and coconut
- Fermentation: Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred throughout malolactic fermentation, giving the wine its rich mouthfeel. Aging continues on the lees until blending
- Aging: Roughly 33% new American and French oak. This combination gives a delicate balance of coconut and vanilla notes, as well as a spicy character
