When crafting the only white in our cellar, we took plenty of liberties. Boasting a big oak backbone, rich fruit flavors and a long, smooth finish, this is a Chardonnay that stands tall.

Fermentation: Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred through malolactic fermentation, and the wine is aged sur lies until blending.
Aging: 35% new Oak is primarily American and Hungarian oak, with a little bit of French. The Hungarian oak mimics French with spicy character and the American rounds it out with a sweeter finish.
