Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Merlot
Alcohol Percentage: 15%
Fermentation: Different blocks were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each. Each block spends an average of 12 days on the skins.
Aging: Aged 6 months in charred bourbon barrels.

Dark fruits and spicy with a rich, round mouthfeel and long finish.
Chardonnay
Fresh and full-bodied with an aroma of lemon, pear and a touch of cinnamon.
Visionary Zinfandel
Robust fruit with bright berry characteristics and lively acidity.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Zinfandel
A blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Merlot, this wine has armoas and flavors of black fruit, smoke, caramel, and vanilla.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red Blend
Good entrance filling the mouth with bright Mendocino fruit and spiciness. The finish is smoky and smooth making this an uniquely complex wine.
